Easy access to the beaches, in one of the best neighborhoods in Ubatuba. Great location 700 mts from Orla do Itagua and Rua Guarani, with many Bars, Restaurants, Shopping, Ferris Wheel and the Aquarium. Parking is not demarcated (check the photos). At the end of the street is the Military Police. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor of the Village Cotê de Azur (Costa Azul) Condominium. Safe, well-equipped place, with balcony in the living room and bedroom, 600mb Wi-Fi, powerful fans in the living room and bedroom (airy and cool apartment), smart TV with open channels, new box bed, pillows and place to hang clothes. Sofa bed, extra single mattress, dining table, kitchen with fitted cabinets, fridge with freezer, new stove, appliances and general kitchen utensils and sink with clothesline. Integrated sacada with great ventilation. We have the option with bed and bath linen $70 for the couple containing: 1 sheet, 1 top sheet, two pillowcases, 2 bath towels and 1 face towel, inform us in advance, payment charged separately. Reception 6 days a week during business hours. Parking is in front of the entrance door and at the end of the street is the police battalion (location is very safe). For those who enjoy a walk the Apê is 10 minutes from the waterfront. Location Located 4.5 km from the beaches: Grande, Tenório, Vermelhinha do Centro and Pereque. Next to the Mall, Roda Gigante, Project Tamar, Aquarium, Bars and Restaurant, with plenty of shops, ice cream and cafes to visit during the day and a bustling nightlife. Guest access The apartment has unmarked parking (you can choose the spot), shower next to the entrance door, hall with sofa. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, use the balcony. Pets are allowed, but we ask that you avoid letting them climb on the beds and sofa. If there is any damage, you will be charged. The furniture in the house is made of wood or MDF. Please do not put wet clothes on it to avoid damaging it. Do not sit on the sofa and bed with wet clothes. Do not leave dirty dishes and food scraps in the refrigerator. Turn off all appliances when leaving the apartment. Do not make noise after 10 p.m. It is forbidden to bring people who are not guests (please let us know). If any rules are broken, there will be a fine, thank you.
