The space accommodates up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and air-conditioning of 12,000 BTUs in one of the bedrooms (the other bedroom does not have air-conditioning). Both bedrooms have closets or dressers to organize your belongings. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a spectacular view of Serra do Mar. The air-conditioned room (18,000 BTUs BTU air-conditioning) is integrated with the full kitchen, which features a refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils to make your stay comfortable. We also have a sofa that can accommodate a child. The location is unbeatable: close to the military police battalion, ensuring security, and a few steps from Rua Guarani, the gastronomic and cultural heart of Ubatuba, with the best bars, restaurants and attractions. Easy access to BR-101, which connects to the beaches of southern and northern Ubatuba. The apartment is on the third floor of the building and there is no elevator. Extras that make a difference: super-fast fiber optic internet, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer (11 kg), balcony in the living room with a beautiful view, and bed linens and towels included. Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). - We do not allow parties. - Respect the building's rules, such as quiet hours. - Visitors are not allowed. - We don't allow pets Parking: 1 space in front of the building, and the street is safe for more cars.
