The space We encourage respect for diversity, welcoming and valuing all identities in a safe and inclusive environment where you can truly feel at home. Our studio is located on the seventh floor, with windows facing the back of the building. This provides a quieter atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the street, while still enjoying plenty of natural light and fresh air. For added comfort, the studio features two ceiling fans to keep the space cool on warmer days. The compact kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a microwave and an air fryer, ideal for preparing quick and easy meals. The open-concept space includes a dining table, a sofa bed, and a stylish shelf with a SmartTV, allowing you to stream Netflix and other services directly from your phone. Wi-Fi is also available. The highlight of the studio is the comfortable double bed, perfect for recharging your energy. For added convenience, you’ll find wall-mounted hangers, a shoe rack, luggage support, and a large, elegant mirror to get ready for any occasion. The spacious bathroom features a gas-powered shower, a bidet spray, and a modern glass-enclosed shower for a refreshing and relaxing experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, a mini-market within the building, 24-hour reception, and proximity to a restaurant, bar, grocery store, and a 24-hour convenience store located at a nearby petrol station. Every detail of our studio has been thoughtfully designed with care and good taste to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. We kindly ask you to treat the space as if it were your own so we can continue providing exceptional hospitality to all our guests. Guest access Access to the apartment is independent and features an electronic lock. Entry instructions will be provided through the platform during the check-in period. The building management will be informed of your stay, and proof of your reservation may be requested if needed. The entrance is through the main lobby, which is well-lit, easy to find, and operates 24/7 with staff always available to assist. The building offers two elevators and security cameras in common areas, ensuring peace of mind during your stay. There is no parking garage in the building, but street parking is available, even during busy periods. Other things to note Our sofa bed accommodates up to 2 close guests, but if needed, we have an extra mattress to place on the floor. Just let us know at least 10 days before check-in!
