Large house with pool only 15 mins from the beach

We regularly go away on holiday and would love another family to enjoy our house - swim in the heated pool, relax watching Netflix in the sauna or chill in the hot tub after having a glass of wine in the summer house. The kitchen is large enough for several families to enjoy without worrying about space and the 2 ovens and steamer are great for a big family lunch! This is a really lovely family home with 5 bedrooms (two ensuite) where a family can be a family, spending quality time together. The space We love our house and we would love someone else to enjoy it whilst we are away. Its a beautiful house, located within walking distance of the shops and country walks. We have a driveway with an EV charger and the entrance hall takes you into a large hallway straight into the kitchen, diner, with lounge area and smart TV. There are 2 ovens to cook your Christmas lunch and a steamer for the veg! There is a instant hot tap, large dining table which seats 8 guests and doors which lead out to the south facing patio with beautiful countryside views, summer house with bar area, sauna with TV with Netflix, swimming pool which is heated and hot tub which seats 6. The garden pavilion is a lovely cosy area to enjoy a bit of quiet time out with two chairs and a wood burner if required. Inside, there is a sitting room with views over the swimming pool with large smart TV and sofa bed if needed. There is a toilet and utility room with washing machine and dryer and a door leads to a separate part of the house with kitchen area with oven and hob. There is a shower and toilet with door leading to outside and separate door leading to the garage which has been converted into a gym with pool table and darts board. In the main house, up the stairs lead to a single bedroom to the first left with TV, wardrobe and dressing table, then the main bathroom, next on your right which has a freestanding bath with shower over. The bedroom opposite this has a small double bed with smart TV and the bedroom across from this has a king bed with smart TV and built in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. The main bedroom has a king sized bed with smart TV, beautiful views over the countryside beyond and an ensuite with bath and separate shower. Next to this bedroom is the study which has a small single bed. All the bathrooms have shampoos, soaps and towels provided and the beds are all made up with fresh linen with spare towels provided for the pool, sauna and hot tub. Sidmouth beach is a 15 minute drive, Exmouth beach is a 30 minute drive. Lyme Regis and the fossil coast are all within a short drive away. Exeter is half an hour and Exeter Airport is only a 10 minute drive. Cadhay and Escot House are only 5 minutes (you could walk to both if you feel up for it!) and there are beautiful walks just about every direction including the stunning views of East Hill. Honiton town is only 15 minutes away and you are only within 20 minutes of the M5 to Bristol and Cornwall etc. The train station is located nearby (Feniton or Whimple are only 5 minutes away) and you can walk to all the shops including Sainsburys from the property. Although you are near the town centre, when you are in the garden at our house, you feel like you are away from everything as its peaceful and you will never get bored! Please remember this is someone's family home, its an old Victorian house with its imperfections so will not meet hotel standards; a family have moved out of this property for you to to enjoy its facilities in and around beautiful Devon. NB: SAFETY CONCERN FOR TODDLERS: The pool has no safety barriers around it, there are steps down to the garden which has a pond with no safety cover and there are no stair gates, or locks on the cupboards so this property is not really suitable for toddlers who may get into the parts of the house they aren't supposed to! Guest access There is a key safe outside the property so you can arrive at any time you wish after 3pm. When leaving, you simply pop the key back in the box when you are finished. Other things to note We do not allow pets as the pool and pond in the garden is too unsafe for dogs. We are also a bit wary on young children in the house as we have cupboards which don't have locks, stairs with no stair gates and the pool has no safety containment.
