Guests can choose between 2 apartments, 1 suite and 4 rooms, each one unique with it’s own style and experience. Perfect for nature enthusiasts, history buffs, families and couples seeking a serene and luxurious retreat. On request, we can also prepare breakfast for you at an extra cost of €10/person/night. Please let us know before your arrival. The space The “Family” apartment is our biggest and most spacious 100m2 apartment. If features big and fully equipped kitchen with dining space for 6 people and daily toilet on the ground floor. On first floor there is master bedroom with 1 large bed and a separate room with 2 single beds, accompanied by large and luxury bathroom with toilet and shower. There is also private small balcony overlooking at the Planina hills. On the second floor there is a living room with spacious sofa, convertible to 1 large comfortable sofa bed for two people. In total this apartment is ideal for 4+2 people, fully covered with high speed Wi-Fi and TV screens in master bedroom and living room, all with prepaid streaming services like Netflix, Disney+ and major EU TV channels. During colder days the whole apartment is heated with comfortable floor heating while during hotter days you have the option to use air condition to make sure your stay is very comfortable all-year-around. Guest access Homestead features common free-to-use saloon, kitchenette and laundry room making ideal retreat for any traveler, even those traveling light. We also offer delicious breakfast in modern yet stylish equipped dining room. And there’s more – you’ll be able to use one-of-a-kind sauna with meditation and resting spaces offering complete physical and mental relaxation. Please note that some facilities, services and products at our property are available for an additional fee. This includes but is not limited to: breakfast, use of professional Finish and infrared sauna (SPA), EV charging, drinks in minibar, etc. Price list can be sent to you via messages and will be also provided in your apartment and at the reception.
