Just 300 meters from downtown Praia do Forte and the beach, this well-decorated house with a swimming pool and barbecue, renovated a few years ago, has everything you need for your vacation. The house offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 en-suites), the first en-suite on the ground floor with a double bed, two spacious en-suites on the upper floor with access to a private balcony, and a bedroom with three single beds (and another double bed). It can perfectly accommodate a family of up to 10 people (including children). On the ground floor, there is a large and comfortable living room with a 50" TV (with Apple TV) and a toilet. The environment is integrated with the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils. Behind the kitchen is the service area with a washing machine and another single bedroom. The entrance to the house is through a large side balcony, very cozy! This takes us to a wonderful Gourmet Space (with barbecue, cooktop, brewery, etc.), swimming pool and garden, where we have tables and sun loungers to enjoy the Bahia sun at will. To get to the beach, it is best to use the path of the alley that descends between the houses to the front of the sea, a beautiful 5-minute walk. Inside the condominium there is also a children's playground and direct access to the village of Praia do Forte. The Porto das Baleias Condominium is well organized, with 24-hour doorman and security. It is located near the center of the village (300m) and attractions such as the Tamar Project, the Baleia Jubarte Institute, as well as the commercial area. And best of all, you can do everything on foot! Important notes: - Minimum stay of 3 nights in high season and 7 nights in low season. - It will be mandatory to hire a housekeeper during the stay.
