The unit is located on the 5th floor, a modern, luxurious building with high-end amenities that was inaugurated in September 2024, located in the heart of the Las Lomas neighborhood. It is one of the most popular areas for travelers who enjoy being in a place that is not only charming and safe but also a strategic point that quickly connects with the city's main commercial, tourist, administrative and executive points. We are located in the Corporate Axis of Asunción as well as the main shopping centers, such as Shopping del Sol and Paseo La Galería. The Costanera and the new Héroes del Chaco Bridge are 10 and 15 minutes away respectively. Silvio Petirossi International Airport is about 20 minutes away (these travel times are estimated based on Google Maps averages and may vary significantly depending on the day and time). For your convenience, the apartment's entrance door is equipped with an electronic lock with a self-generated numeric key for each new guest (which you will receive well in advance of your arrival.)
