The unit is located on 5th Floor, a modern, luxurious building with category amenities that was inaugurated in September 2024, located in the heart of Barrio Las Lomas. It is one of the areas most chosen by travelers who enjoy being in a place that is not only flirty and safe but also a strategic point that connects quickly with the main commercial, tourist, administrative and executive points of the city. We are in the Corporate Axis of Asuncion as well as the main shopping centers, such as Shopping del Sol and Paseo La Galería. La Costanera and the new Héroes del Chaco Bridge are 10 and 15 minutes away respectively. On the other hand, the Aeropuerto Internacional Silvio Petirossi is about 20 minutes away (these travel times are estimated based on Google Maps averages and can vary significantly according to day and time).
