Whether you're planning a ski weekend, summer lake trip, or relaxing mountain escape, this comfortable townhome puts you close to all the adventure while giving you the perfect place to unwind. Inside, the multi level layout offers plenty of space for families and groups to spread out comfortably. The inviting living area features a cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, and the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a day on the slopes or exploring the lake. The fully equipped kitchen and dining space make it easy to enjoy meals together before heading out for your next adventure. With 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 full bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The loft adds extra flexibility for kids or additional guests, making the layout ideal for families, couples, or small groups traveling together. After a day of skiing, boating, hiking, or golfing, soak in the private hot tub beneath the mountain sky or challenge friends and family to a game of foosball for a fun night in. Guests also enjoy access to community amenities including tennis courts, a swimming dock, and fishing access for even more ways to enjoy Deep Creek Lake. Located directly across from Wisp Resort and just minutes from restaurants, shopping, marinas, hiking trails, and local attractions, Wisp Retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation, convenience, and year round adventure. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: *This home’s kitchen is equipped with a standard coffee pot. *Max parking spaces for this home is 2; garage access is not available *This home does not have air conditioning *This is a non-smoking/vaping property *Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am. *Minimum age to rent is 25. WHAT TO BRING: Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage). PETS: This home allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs to join in the fun. No other pets are permitted. Bringing more than two dogs will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet. WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow. RESERVATION PROCESS: WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first.
