Our charming, secure, and smoke-free property offers five beautifully decorate apartments that are perfect for individuals, couples, groups of friends or families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring the many things to do here. Located just a 9 minute walk from Jaco Central (downtown) and a 15-minute walk from the beach, our property is ideally situated for guests to experience all that Jaco has to offer. Casa Leones #2 - your cozy haven in the heart of Jaco! This newly remodeled studio/1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom apartment is the perfect retreat for singles or couples looking for a comfortable and functional living space. Step into the apartment and you'll immediately notice the dining area, sitting area and beautiful kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal. The space is located on the second floor, is fully air-conditioned, so you can beat the heat and stay comfortable no matter the weather outside. Additionally, there's a ceiling fan and screened windows that allow for natural ventilation, so you can enjoy fresh air and the soothing sounds of birdsong from the garden area and beautiful outdoor living space. This apartment boasts hot water throughout, so you can enjoy the modern comforts of home. Plus, with Wi-Fi included, you'll have access to high-speed internet for work or entertainment. While we don't offer television or cable service, you'll find a Smart TV in the unit that allows you to enjoy perusing your photos and videos from the days adventures and/or stream your favorite shows or movies. So, whether you're relaxing after a long day of adventuring or just hanging out on the beach, you'll have all the amenities you need to feel right at home in Casa Leones #2. Guests of our complex have complete access to our secured parking area, outdoor shower and, when you're not out exploring the many activities Jaco has to offer, we invite you to relax on our large covered deck upstairs, which features comfortable seating, lighting and ceiling fans, offering a serene and tranquil retreat where you can unwind and appreciate the lovely views of the surrounding garden. Please note that our boutique complex is home to both full-time residents and vacationers, and we strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all. We kindly ask that each resident and guest be considerate of others during their stay. Lastly, we would like to remind our guests that smoking is not permitted in the apartments or on the premises. And, is actually illegal in public here in Costa Rica. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Casa Leones is a labor of love for us and we want to ensure you enjoy your time here as much as possible. To begin, we will be waiting at Casa Leones to personally greet you upon your arrival and to check you in. We respect your space, privacy and time and will leave it up to you as to how much we interact with each other. We have a home here in Jaco and do visit the property to take care of daily tasks. We are easy to reach and can come to the site quickly, if needed. With that said, we love getting to know our guests and socializing with them, helping them with questions, directions or whatever they need. We are also happy giving you all the privacy and space you want. Casa Leones is located in a vibrant and bustling neighborhood, offering plenty of amenities and activities for visitors to enjoy. With a farmer’s market, mini markets, liquor stores, restaurants, and bakeries just a short walk away, guests can easily stock up on essentials or indulge in some delicious local cuisine. The nearby meat market and farmers market also offer a great opportunity to sample fresh, locally sourced produce and meat. Beyond the immediate vicinity of Casa Leones, there are plenty more of the above as well as fabulous restaurants, markets, shops with clothing, souvenirs, art, jewelry, local crafts, and more, exciting activities to explore in the surrounding area. Whether you're interested in adventure sports like ATV tours, fishing, surfing, zip-lining, snorkeling and scuba diving or prefer more laid-back activities like sightseeing or sunset tours, there's something for everyone. And if you're not sure where to start, we are always happy to offer recommendations and help with booking tours or arranging transportation. Please let us know if you require transportation from or to the airport, we can help you with making those arrangements. As far as getting around Jaco, we are approximately a 10 minute walk to the center of town and another 5 minutes to the beach. If you do not care to walk, taxis are available throughout Jaco. We have a bicycle shop just across the street if you wish to rent a bicycle, which is an ideal way to get around Jaco. If you have a rental car, we do have secured parking for your vehicle as well. We want to make sure that your stay with us is a enjoyable as possible. So, if there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please make sure to lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment, to secure your personal items. Please be mindful of your energy and water usage during your stay. Please turn the air conditioner and lights off when leaving the apartment. Our environment appreciates your consideration. Please do not disturb other residents with loud noises or music. We provide basic amenities such as towels, bedding, and toiletries. If you need additional items, please let us know. If you encounter any issues with the apartment during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can address them promptly. We ask that you leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition when you check out.
