This is a very bright two bedroom apartment in a great location and with a wonderful view of the Malecon ( Havana's world famous pier). The space The apartment is located next to world famous sea promenade ‘El Malecon’ and one block away from one of Havana’s most important commercial and entertainment hubs, Calle 23. Due to its location it offers ample opportunities to enjoy Havana’s diverse cultural (e.g. theatres, cinemas) and nightlife (e.g. jazz clubs, clubs and bars). Despite its central and convenient location, the apartment is generally very quiet. It is located close to money exchange houses, ATM’s and several shops where some basic goods can be purchased. While this would not be anything special in most parts of the world these basic services and amenities can be extremely difficult to come by in Havana. The are several travel and airline agencies where flight tickets can be purchased or amended. Overall, the flat measures 60 square meters n total. It is comprised by a dining/living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette. It offers a beautiful views of Havana’s sea promenade ‘El Malecon’ both from the kitchen, as well as from one of the bedrooms. You can reach Old Havana in a 25-minute walk or in 10 min by taxi. The world famous Almendrones (old American cars that owed their nicknames to their shape like almonds) can take you everywhere in the city from La Rampa.
