This is a very bright two bedroom apartment in a great location and with a wonderful view of the Malecon ( Havana's world famous pier). The space The apartment is located next to world famous sea promenade ‘El Malecon’ and one block away from one of Havana’s most important commercial and entertainment hubs, Calle 23. Due to its location it offers ample opportunities to enjoy Havana’s diverse cultural (e.g. theatres, cinemas) and nightlife (e.g. jazz clubs, clubs and bars). Despite its central and convenient location, the apartment is generally very quiet. It is located close to money exchange houses, ATM’s and several shops where some basic goods can be purchased. While this would not be anything special in most parts of the world these basic services and amenities can be extremely difficult to come by in Havana. The are several travel and airline agencies where flight tickets can be purchased or amended. Overall, the flat measures 60 square meters n total. It is comprised by a dining/living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette. It offers a beautiful views of Havana’s sea promenade ‘El Malecon’ both from the kitchen, as well as from one of the bedrooms. You can reach Old Havana in a 25-minute walk or in 10 min by taxi. The world famous Almendrones (old American cars that owed their nicknames to their shape like almonds) can take you everywhere in the city from La Rampa. Guest access Once rented, the apartment is for the exclusive use of the guest and their family or friends. Other things to note We take pride in offering our guests a high-quality experience with an added touch of comfort. As part of this commitment, we provide a complimentary extra cleaning every three nights during your stay. If you would like additional cleanings, we are happy to offer them for an additional cost of five US dollars each. Our goal is to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. In addition, we are dedicated to promoting environmental sustainability by encouraging responsible use of towels and energy. To support this initiative, we kindly ask our guests to reuse towels whenever possible, minimizing the need for frequent replacements. We also ask guests to turn off air conditioners when leaving the apartment, contributing to energy conservation. Regarding internet access, we have a LTE router in our accommodation, and we provide a Cuban SIM card that you can use during your stay. However, to ensure a smooth and connected experience, we highly recommend that each guest purchases their own SIM card in advance and tops up the phone with data before arriving. This option guarantees a reliable connection upon your arrival and is the most efficient way to stay connected throughout your stay. The prices for purchasing data locally or through the websites mentioned above are similar, so feel free to choose whichever option is more convenient for you. Please note that mobile data availability in Cuba is subject to occasional disruptions. If you experience difficulties connecting, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. Additionally, we would like to inform you that Cuba is currently facing electricity outages, which, although our area is less affected, may still occur during your stay. This is a nationwide issue caused by the economic challenges the country is undergoing. Our prices have already been adjusted to account for these potential inconveniences. Finally, please be aware that in the event of loss or failure to return the house keys, guests will be required to pay a fee of 50 dollars for the replacement of the lock.
