KITCHEN ITEMS We have the basic kitchen items as shown in the listing photos on the platform. In case of breakage or damage to any item in the apartment, the value of a similar new one will be charged for replacement. In case of excessive dirt, an extra cleaning fee will be charged for total cleaning of the space. SMOKING is strictly prohibited; if the smell is detected, a fine of R$ 300.00 will be charged No parties and/or events of any kind are allowed in the apartment, including loud music. ANIMALS I accept only small pets, but any and all urine and feces must be cleaned and collected prior to check-out. If the pet urinates in the boxes or beds, leaving a bad smell in them or elsewhere in the apartment, an additional cleaning fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged, or in case of damage, a replacement with a new one. In case of loose hair, it is also necessary for the guest to clean prior to check-out, because if it is found, an extra cleaning will be requested for total cleaning of the environment.
