Water View & Beach Front villas at St. James Club Mamora Bay

These large 2 bed 2 bath villas are located in the village of St. James Club 5 star resort south of the island set in 100 acres. Both villas are Timeshare. Villa 437 is sea view and available for Christmas week & New Year week only. Checkin/checkout day is Friday. Villa 425 is beach front and is available for the last week of August only. Both villas are close to 2 pools, Spa and Piccolo Mondoe Restaurant in the villages and just a stones throw to the beach. The other amenities and Hotel plus 3 further pools, tennis courts, well equipped gym, water sports, 3 further restaurants, tea garden, gift shop , Kidz Club, bar and night club, cinema etc are close by in the Resort. The resort has 2 beaches, Mamora Bay with shallow waters sun loungers, water sports, volley ball, and games room. Beach bbq. Coco Beach is on the Atlantic side with its trade winds and sun loungers and is close to Coco's restaurant and the Kid'z Club. N.B The Resort applies an additional Resort fee of approx US$24 per day & Guest fee US$5 per person per day at checkout. The “All inclusive package” is an optional extra and discounted for timeshare guests. This is bookable and paid for at the resort if required.
