MadreSelva. Island house with a place for your car
Description
My house is bright, spacious, and decorated with details. It is in an island area, full of greenery and on the banks of the river, in a rugged neighborhood, an hour from the city. You arrive by car at the neighborhood parking lot, which provides a 24-hour crossing service, no more than 10 minutes. It is ideal to disconnect as a couple, to bathe in the river, read in the hammocks, walk on the trails and fish. More photos at madreselva_casa.isla The space The house is located in the Aldea del Luján neighborhood, an almost unspoiled territory, with about 20 houses, which extends along a corner stream with the Luján River. It is located in one of the most important deltas in the world and is defined as an eco-friendly neighborhood. It has some common services, such as crossing to the mainland 24/7, trail maintenance, a multipurpose barbecue area, pantry, etc. You will fall in love with the forest, the birds, the silence and the stars, all of which are accessible within an hour of the city of Buenos Aires. If they go with children, it is essential that they are supervised and take care of their access to the river. ATTENTION: An important detail is that they must bring their own linens (sheets and towels). If for some particular reason they could not bring it, they could request it as an optional service that we provide upon request and for a small extra fee. It is also optional to extend the stay after check-in time until 8pm. Guest access Guests have access to our private dock, garden, and shed. You can hike all the trails in the neighborhood, and request free kayaks to ride the river. The neighborhood has a large quincho to receive friends, hold events, classes, etc. Other things to note If we don't meet at check-out, we'll give you some simple instructions to close the house, for example, take the garbage to the container and leave the alarm on.
