Guests SHARE access to social/external areas: JACUZZI & deck, BBQ/cafe, firepit, gym, laundromat, iron The space STUDIO 2 (Studio AZUL) is our private, cozy studio with vista of the Lagoa and balcony. Built in 2025 with high quality materials, modern appliances & chic lighting. The space was thoughtfully designed to maximize the internal space, while honoring the surrounding natural beauty - and only a few minutes walk to beaches, trails, the Lagoa and bars/restaurants! The STUDIO PHOTOS are specific and accurate to this studio, and includes a 2D Floorplan of the layout and measurements. The photos of the outside/external areas (Jacuzzi & loungers, BBQ & Cafe, firepit) are the SHARED social areas, and photos include a 3D model showing you general access and layout of the whole Villa. The listing has >50 amenities, including towels and hair dryer and ice machine and espresso and a weight-machine ...so please review this unique and stylish LISTING! ***** PRIVATE STUDIO ***** Guests have a private digital entrance to the studio: -FULL bed with new comfortable mattress, 4 pillows feather and synthetic, and Beddemeyer linens; -Kitchenette with half fridge, microwave, hotplate, and many utensils; -Bathroom, new tile and glass, hot shower with excellent pressure, towels; -Dining table with 2 chairs in the full windows; -BALCONY, small with chair and cocktail table. All studios have new air conditioning & heating control. **** SHARED/COMMUNAL EXTERNAL SPACES **** Additionally, guests also have SHARED access to the property's external SOCIAL areas, parking, laundry area & weight-machine. SHARED: SOCIAL areas include: 1) Jacuzzi (6 people!) and sun loungers with large umbrella, garden shower & complimentary towels, tables (seats ~8), overlooking the Lagoa sunset; 2) Professional gas BBQ (large, can accommodate 2-3 chefs) with refrigerator, ice machine, hot plates, pots & pans, pressure cooker, bar (with blender, gas machine, hot kettle), coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine, and chic lounge/dining area (~12 people) with garden view. 3) Caverna do Dragao firepit at the edge of the forest; dry wood, paper and lighter provided. UTILITY: Above the parking area is a small -GYM: A new weight machine (purchased 2025): Estação Musculação 80kg Multifunctional WCT Fitness ; -LAUNDRY AREA: 2 large Samsung 14kg washers and dryers, laundry soap, iron and ironing board. We ask R$21/load for utilities & soap. ***** PARKING ****** A) ON-SITE PAID PARKING The property has 3 parking spaces for small/medium cars, for R$20/day (12:00pm to 11:00am). REQUEST your dates (all days may not be available). Your parking reservation is confirmed after a payment (request/send) via Airbnb. The metal car gates open with your phone app iLinq account. Parking is video monitored and high-tech motion sensors & notifications. It is important the car is removed by 11am, for the next guests. If not removed, and next guest must find alternative parking (R$50) or receives a parking ticket (R$500), this cost will be deducted from the Airbnb security deposit. B) LOCAL FREE PARKING There are a few free spaces within a few minutes walk. C) LOCAL PAID PARKING There are paid parking options (including overnight) within a 5-minute walk in both directions (Lagoa or Praia Mole). We can send a MAP of the region with these PARKING options & information. Guest access GUEST ACCESS: Guests have PRIVATE STUDIO with private digital entrance, and BALCONY. Additionally, guests have SHARED access to the property's external SOCIAL areas: 1) JACUZZI (6 people!) and sun loungers; 2) BBQ (professional, large, can accommodate 2-3 chefs) and chic lounge/dining area (~12 people); 3) FIREPIT Caverna do Dragao; 4) GYM: Multifunctional weight machine; 5) LAUNDRY: 2 large 14kg Samsung washers and dryers, R$21/load. PARKING: the property has 3 spaces, only for small/medium cars, for R$30/night.Please REQUEST a parking reservation if needed.
