The space The house is fully furnished and located on Eden Island. It has 3 rooms, large sitting area, a splash pool. Kitchen stocked with utensils including some kitchen appliances. The cooker is electric. The apartment is freshly renovated and has free wi-fi , cable tv, air-conditioned. Also, you can find a big shopping mall nearby. Guest access The house has two terraces, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor. Guests also have free access to a common swimming pool, club house, tennis and Paddle court, fitness center, play area for kids, and many other facilities. Guests have access to a nice park which is a walk able distance from the house. Guests have access to the barbecue grill in the house. Other things to note Government Environmental Levy Fee: please note that as of 1st August 2023. Guests have to pay 25 SCR per person per night upon arrival. This fee is cash only.
