A digital guidebook with property details, local tips, and house instructions will be sent before your stay. PETS WELCOME We are happy to accommodate up to 2 dogs, 50 lbs each for an additional fee. Please disclose pets upfront during your booking. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 2-acre estate, including the main house, 1-bedroom casita, and all indoor outdoor spaces. This includes the private creek access, pool, sauna, and all other listed amenities. Other things to note *The pool is available from March 1st through November 30th and may be heated during your stay for an additional fee of $120/night. Please arrange in advance. Pool temperature may vary depending on outside conditions. *The sauna and cold plunge are available year-round, at no additional charge. *A one-time $200 pet fee applies per pet, indicated upon booking. *A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay and charged separately after booking. This replaces a traditional security deposit and covers minor accidental damage. *Early check-in / late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
