One mile from downtown Glenwood Springs, and Hot Springs pool. Also 1 mile to iron Mountain Hot Springs. Close to Ski areas, Biking, Fishing,Rafting, Jeep roads, Parasailing, Golf. 1 mile from Glenwood adventure Park and caves. Turn at the FIRST driveway on Vista Dr. Super fast Wi-Fi ! Glenwood springs short term rental permit number 18-107 . We have 3 friendly dogs despite their sometimes overZealous greeting habits and dogs are welcome for a $50 per stay fee. Dogs must be on leash when outside the fenced yard because we have abundant wildlife nearby we do not want disturbed .🌿🐿🌺. Thank You !!! We have a really cool tipi that can be camped in if you have sleeping bags. If you want a fire, for $30 I will start it for you, supply wood,and give you safety instructions. We also have a sweat lodge (like a sauna ) It takes about 2 to 3 hours to heat up fire bricks in the camp fire. I then move them to the sweat lodge , Water is then poured on the bricks to get nice hot steam . I will host a sweat for guests for $ 100. We cannot have any fires if there are any fire restrictions obviously. My wife and I live in the upstairs part of the house, and are very available, for any Questions or help you may need. We have a bus stop that is about a 10 minute walk away. That goes anywhere in the valley.Also many bike trails can be accessed from our property. A 1 mile paved sidewalk to Glenwood Please pull your vehicle all the way to the end of the driveway next to the fence by the gate. We only have room for two vehicles per stay . Park One vehicle in front of the other. Thanks! The kitchen is a very small galley style kitchen . Just a fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, Microwave, and coffee pot. Also a small bar style sink.
