Guest access Beyond their vacation rental, guests have access to all the common area facilities including the swimming pool, pool deck & rest rooms, dining area, waterfall garden and lookout deck with loungers. Other things to note The base price includes up to 2 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that. Bookings must reflect the maximum number of guests who will be on the property at any point during the stay. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval. Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking. Date Changes Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC). Cancellation & Refunds All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable. All Service bookings are non-refundable.
