Our cozy apartment is a perfect retreat for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation! It offers a good starting point for all kinds of sports in summer and winter. After a nice day in nature, you can relax in the pergola with your own small garden or in the living room in front of the fireplace and enjoy the view of the garden or the mountains. The space The living room is equipped with a cozy couch for chilling and a fireplace that provides a cozy atmosphere in winter. The couch turns into a high-quality sleeping option when you pull it out. Guest access Directly at the entrance is our guest parking lot. The pergola with its own barbecue and the seating on the terrace offer privacy for our guests. We are happy to share our raised bed with herbs, vegetables and salad! Other things to note It offers a perfect starting point for many sports in summer: Hiking, mountain climbing, sport/alpine climbing, via ferrata, mountain biking, road biking, downhill, trail riding and swimming in the lake or in the swimming pool. But even in winter, the apartment is an excellent starting point for sports enthusiasts who like to cross-country ski, sledding, ice skating, snowshoeing or ski touring. In addition, the location is also attractive for those interested in culture: the cities of Hall, Innsbruck and Schwaz are between 10 and 20 km away and offer numerous museums, events and shopping opportunities in addition to many sights. Right in front of the house: The bus stop "Gnadenwald Kranzach" of regional line 3, which ensures an hourly connection to public transport. Access to the ascent to the Walder and Hinterhornalm. Direct access to the Gan-/Walder-/Hinterhornalm mountain bike trail. A public charging facility for electric cars.
