Perfect for weekend getaways, family vacations, or extended stays, this home delivers a serene desert escape with all the modern amenities you need. Guest access WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR SPA or JACUZZI: The guests understand that there are special risks involved in the use of Spa or Jacuzzi. Guests are aware there are potential dangers to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as any person using spa, hot tub or Jacuzzi too long or if a person has health risks, is intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or is pregnant. Children under 14 old are not allowed in the hot tub. No glass is allowed in the hot tub. Guests agree to waive any claim whatsoever against AMS Dynamic Realty Services, the Owner of property for accidents or injury arising from use of spa, hot tub or Jacuzzi. Guests agree that he/she/ they is/are responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the spa or Jacuzzi through their or their guest's misuse or negligence. Should a guest contaminate the water with sand or suntan lotion by not abiding by the rules, guests agree to an additional charge of $150.00 to cover the cost to drain, clean and refill the tub and remediate the contamination to the filtering system. In consideration of my anticipated stay, I, the guest(s) agree(s), intending to be legally bound hereby, that the property owners and their managers, heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees shall not be liable for my injury or death, or the injury or death of my invited guests. This Disclosure and Waiver of Liability is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions of this contract. If you are booking this home, you are agreeing to the terms listed in this agreement. Guests use of the hot tub/Jacuzzi is at their own risk and AMS Dynamic Realty and is agents will not be liable or responsible for improper use of the Hot tub/jacuzzi. Guest will self check in and will be given a code for the lock box to access the security screen. This key must be returned to the lock box immediately. Guest will receive a personal code for the front door dial pad upon check in. Guests may park on the street or to the right side of the driveway infront of the 3rd garage. Please do not block the main garage. Guest without transportation can use Lyft or Uber. Other things to note Need transportation? Feel free to ask about my Turo and private rental cars available for your usage. The hall bathroom is shared. Please spray and rinse out the shower after each use. Cleaning supplies are available under the bathroom sink. Please do not use the toilet as a trash receptacle. No wipes, facial tissues, feminine products, etc should be flushed. Trash cans are provided for such products. Guests may park on the street or on the right side of the driveway in front of the 3rd garage. Parking in the main driveway to offload is okay. Do not block the main garage long term. Rental vehicles are available to our guests and may be arranged if needed. We ask that guests keep the common areas clean and do not leave trash around the house or bedrooms. Please use the trash can for all trash as well as the recycle receptacles. Please turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances after use and do not leave lights or TV's on when not in use or not occupying a room. No unregistered guests are allowed on the premises. Any additional guests must be added to the reservation for an additional fee of $15/person. No pets allowed, not even comfort or service pets. Sorry. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the house. Guests may smoke outside in the backyard if needed, but no smoking is preferred. Smoking in the house will result in a $250 fine. There are no illicit drugs of any kind allowed in the home. Use of the laundry room is allowed for guests staying 2 nights or more. Guests may use detergents and baskets provided.
