This cozy cottage offers a prime location just steps from a vibrant aray of restaurants and perfectly located for exploring everything the area has to offer. Inside, you'll find a meticulously maintained space fearturing a full kitchen with top-notch appliances and a clean, modern design that feels like home. LAYOUT - Large living space with sectional couch and Smart TV - Fully equipped kitchen - Large bedroom with King-sized bed space to move. - Fenced-in patio shared with the sister property but thoughtfully partitioned off to provide you with a sense of privacy AUTHORIZED PETS ONLY Small pets are allowed only with prior authorization; guests must inform us of any pets before arrival. An additional pet fee of $25 per approved pet per day applies after booking (rates negotiable for stays longer than 5 days). Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Pets must never be left alone in the home unless crated. Rentee is responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A min. charge for $500 will be applied to bookings with unauthorized pets.
