La Casa di Nonno Mario is a charming and peaceful retreat, perfect for those seeking a romantic getaway or a vacation with friends, immersed in the natural beauty of Praiano. Located on the west side of the village, the house offers breathtaking views of Positano and the Island of Capri, with a panoramic terrace where you can enjoy stunning sunsets over the sea. Recently renovated, the house features fresh, bright interiors, tastefully decorated, and boasts a spacious garden for outdoor dining. The space To reach the house, you will need to climb approximately 60 steps, part of the characteristic pedestrian path that passes by the scenic Church of San Gennaro. For those with mobility issues or carrying large luggage, this may be a challenge, so we recommend planning your arrival with this in mind. The house is spread over three levels: First Level: - Living area with a sofa bed and a masonry kitchen (very cool, so no air conditioning is provided) - Front garden area with a table for 6, BBQ, and sea view Second Level – Mezzanine: - Double bedroom with a panoramic balcony - Bathroom with shower - Laundry room Third Level: - Panoramic terrace with views of Capri and Positano, accessible from both bedrooms - Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) - 2 Double bedrooms (160x190 bed size) with sea views and access to the terrace - Bathroom with shower Guest access All spaces are for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note - We offer self check-in for maximum flexibility. If you prefer to be welcomed in person, this can be arranged upon request and subject to availability, within 8:00 PM. - To reach the house, you will need to climb approximately 60 steps, part of the characteristic pedestrian path that passes by the scenic Church of San Gennaro. - Access is exclusively on foot, via a scenic path of approximately 400 meters with steps, or about 200 steps from the town center. - The property is not recommended for guests with mobility issues or for those who do not enjoy walking and climbing stairs. - Parking is not available on site: private paid parking can be arranged on request at around 650 meters, while public paid parking is available at approximately 200 meters from the start of the pedestrian path but is not reservable and may be crowded in high season. - Upon request, a paid porter service can be arranged to assist with luggage at check-in and check-out.
