The space The apartment is split over two floors, with a contemporary and practical design. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator, a two-burner induction cooktop, and all the basic cooking utensils you’ll need during your stay. It also has small appliances like a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, so you can enjoy a convenient breakfast at home. Also on the ground floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. The second floor has another bedroom with two twin beds placed together and features a workspace with a desk, ideal for those needing an area to work or study. Please note that access to the upper floor is via a narrow and steep staircase, as shown in the photos, so it may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or small children. We want you to be aware of this before booking. However, the ground floor is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, making the apartment an excellent choice for those who prefer not to use the upper floor. Guest access For added comfort, the house has WiFi, air conditioning and heating upstairs, as well as a ceiling fan in the downstairs room. A washing machine is available so you can keep your clothes fresh even during longer stays. In addition, our agency will be happy to assist you with everything you need, ensuring that your stay is perfect.
