Welcome to our beautiful newly built apartment, a bright, modern, and comfortable space located just a few minutes from Málaga city centre. The accommodation is ideal for 2 to 4 guests, making it a great choice for couples or small groups of friends looking for comfort and easy access to the city’s main tourist attractions. The space The apartment is arranged over two floors, with a modern, comfortable, and practical layout. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, refrigerator, and two-ring induction hob, as well as the basic kitchen utensils you may need during your stay. Small appliances such as a kettle and toaster are also provided, so you can comfortably enjoy breakfast at home. On the same floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. The second floor features the other bedroom, equipped with air conditioning and two single beds placed together. It also includes a workspace with a desk, ideal for guests who may need a comfortable area to work or study during their stay. Please note that access to the second floor is via a narrow and steep staircase, as shown in the photos. For this reason, it may not be practical for guests with reduced mobility or for families with young children. We would like you to be aware of this before making your reservation. However, the ground floor is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, making the apartment an excellent option as well for guests who prefer not to use the upper floor. Guest access For a more comfortable stay, the apartment offers WiFi and one single air-conditioning unit with a heating function, located exclusively on the upper floor. Please note that there is no air conditioning on the ground floor. The bedroom located on this floor is equipped with a ceiling fan for added comfort. A washing machine is also available, which is especially convenient for keeping your clothes clean and fresh during longer stays. We would like to make the air-conditioning arrangement clear before you book: there is only one air-conditioning unit in the entire apartment, located on the upper floor, and there is no air conditioning on the ground floor. In addition, the Win To Win Rentals team will be happy to assist you with anything you may need during your stay, helping to make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Other things to note This property has a smart lock and a safe box for a self check in. You will receive access instructions on your mobile device a few days before your arrival.
