The 12m2 terrace is furnished with a cosy outdoor lounge, and a sun lounger. The terrace offers panoramic views over the Mar Menor, the salt marshes and La Manga strip, spectacular at any time of the day, in particular at sunset. Guest access A luxury residential on the seafront, with magnificent facilities: spa, swimming pool with sun loungers, children's playground, gym, large green area, chill out area, leisure facilities, underground parking with elevator access. Other things to note The apartment is located on the fifth floor with elevator access. The terrace is West-facing. The spa area is often under maintenance. We can not guarantee that it will be open during your stay. The use of identification wristbands is mandatory to access the communal areas of the residential complex, including the swimming pool, gym, and spa. This requirement applies to all guests aged 14 and over. Children under 14 are exempt but must be accompanied by an adult. • Guests are provided with 4 wristbands upon check-in. • All 4 wristbands must be left on the dining table upon departure. • A fee of €20 per missing or lost wristband will be charged to the responsible guest.
