Cerro de la Cruz, peace and relaxation in the center of Anda

Our accommodation is isolated in the center of the Natural Park of the Cordoban Subbetic Mountains, in an idyllic setting, at the foot of a mountain range with Mediterranean forest, surrounded by centuries-old oaks and with incredible views of Pico Bermejo and Tiñosa, the highest points in the province of Córdoba. In short, an ideal place for hiking, biking, or simply relaxing, where you can hear a Royal Owl at night, or a fox, see mountain goats, even squirrels... The space We have restored an old farmhouse trying to respect as much as possible the essence of a country house, but with the amenities that are currently demanded. Air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms on the first floor, Starlink Wi-Fi throughout the property, 55-inch smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, etc. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a 1.35 x 1.90 m bed, and on the first floor, 2 double bedrooms, a triple bedroom and a quadruple bedroom, all with air conditioning. Outside there is a 9x8 meter pool, with night lighting, a barbecue area, an outdoor bathroom with a shower and several recreational areas, such as an area with a country kitchen and a DJ area, Colombian hammocks and 8 sun loungers for sunbathing from April to October. We have a 30x15 m dirt sports court with two indoor soccer goals, where we will soon install a small badminton/boley court and a basketball hoop. In addition, 25 meters away we have a building, which on its highest floor and with access from the street has a large 150 m2 living room that can be used for celebrations or simply as a complement to the house. There is a large fireplace in the center of the living room, smartTV, wine coolers, gas stove with a 1 meter wide oven, video projector and screen, board games, armchairs, and sofas for 15 people, as well as a large fireplace. On the ground floor, there are 12 stalls for horse lovers, a watering trough, and a cleaning area. BUILDING NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING PRICE. The property has 21,000 m2 so you can explore every corner of the incredible Mediterranean forest that surrounds it. Guest access While staying at our property, you can walk around the entire estate, with an olive grove area and a mountain area (21,000 m2) and collect the eggs from our free-range hens. Please note that if you want more rooms than normal for your group, you must let us know in advance, as we reserve the option to close rooms based on the number of people who have made the reservation in order to adjust prices. We could apply a surcharge, for example, if you make a reservation for 4 people and want 4 rooms. The sports court, as well as the beach bar with a camping kitchen, barbecue, pool area and other outdoor areas are at your complete disposal. The building with the 150 m2 living room and kitchen for events and celebrations is not yet 100% finished, but it could be used for a fee if you are interested. Please contact us without obligation. Other things to note From the last Saturday in June to the second Saturday in September, the minimum stay will be 7 days, preferably from Saturday to Saturday. Regular pool season from May 1 to October 1. The property is accessed from a dirt lane about 500 m long, the last 200 m have a bit more slope, but can be done with a normal car, as long as it is not excessively low. To avoid problems with blockages in the house's drains, we ask you to please not throw anything down the toilets, such as paper, wipes, pads, etc. For this purpose we provide smaller bags and trash cans. If you want to drink the water in the house, we recommend that you do so from the faucet with an osmosis system that is in the kitchen sink.
