Our private penthouse is located in the heart of the historic old town of Vienna - right on the famous Graben. On about 170 m² of living space above the rooftops of the city and a 120 m² private roof terrace, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over Vienna. Since this is our personal apartment, equipped with selected designer furniture and private items, we ask our guests to treat the apartment with the same care as if it were their own home. We live in the penthouse together with our two-year-old son. The apartment is a real gem, right on the boulevard Graben, just a 50-second walk from the famous Stephansplatz. Despite the central location, it is pleasantly quiet in our penthouse: • The apartment is on the top floor. • There are no cars in our street – no street noise. From April to October, our roof terrace blooms in all colors and lots of greenery. In winter it is a wonderful place for warm afternoons and unforgettable sunsets. Since we are always traveling, we would like to offer our home temporarily. Please note: Our apartment is equipped with high-quality designer furniture.
