Full bathroom in basement was completely rehabbed in 2020 There's also an adjoining 2 story space (fully remodeled in 2024) with two additional bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a double bed and twin bunk beds) and full bath, kitchenette (frig, sink, and countertop convection oven/air fryer), and living space. Great location for large families or multiple families with young kids. Come relax by the lake. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the lake from the 300+ sq ft. deck. Roast marshmallows and gaze at the stars around the fire pit. House is close (200 yards) to ATV / snowmobile trails, Shell Lake is a 2600 acre lake known for it's clean water, great fishing, and sandy beaches. All of the usual lake activities are available. There is a public landing in town so you can bring your boat along. We have a dock on our property. We have 2 boats which are available to our renters at an additional cost. First is a 20-ft pontoon that can legally seat up to 10 people. It has a 25 hp 4-stroke Mercury motor that runs smooth and quiet. The pontoon was completely rehabbed in 2023! Works great for fishing or casual cruises around the lake. The 2nd is a 2000 Mariah Shabah 182 ski boat. Plenty of power, plus a ski tower makes it ideal for tubing and/or water skiing.
