The resort offers exclusive access to top-tier amenities, including a shared heated swimming pool (maintained at 24°C during the summer months), a hot tub, tennis court, fitness center, and an on-site restaurant. Perfect for a tranquil and luxurious stay. The space Ranch slider off lounge opens up to a deck situated right on the water’s edge. For the boating, a private boat ramp/jetty. Mooring right outside the apartment to dock your boat. Two carparks included outside the apartment. Free Wi-Fi All linen and bedding is provided. Full kitchen and appliances (oven, stove top elements, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric jug, dishwasher) along with all cooking utensils (pots, frying pan, roasting dishes) and cutlery. Washing machine, dryer, clotheshorse, iron and ironing board. Guests will have full access to all facilities on site: Swimming pool Spa pool Fitness centre Tennis court On-site restaurant Barbecue Boat ramp/Jetty Guest access Guests have access to all resort facilities including the communal pool and hot tub, tennis courts and gym and communal barbecue. The gym facilities will need a card to access which can be obtained from the resort reception for a small deposit. Other things to note We want you to enjoy our facilities, however… - Please respect the privacy of other residents/guests as this is a resort complex and other people are also living in the complex . -No excessive noise between the hours of 10 pm- 7 am. -Speed limit is 5 km/hr at all times (walking speed). -Swimming pool the pool area is open from 8am-9:30pm and we ask you to be familiar with the pool rules before use. These can be found at the entry of the swimming pool. The pool is heated to approximately 24° during the summer months however during winter the pool is only heated by solar panels therefore sits at a lower temperature. Only residents are permitted to use the pool and gym area and up to four visitors with the resident in attendance. -When cooking please use the range/hood fan. -Fitness centre- is available from 7 am to 10 pm. You do require a swipe key to this, which can be obtained from reception for a $10 deposit. -Rubbish- there are green wheelie bins along the front of the units and blue recycling bins. Please make sure your general rubbish is bagged and tied before placing it in green bins. Any oversized rubbish, please take it to the waste area and deposit it into the skip. -Lake flies- please be mindful of the lake flies, specifically around the warmer months. They are attracted to light at night time and will flock into the apartment if doors and windows are left open. Try to keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Laundry-laundry must not be visible to guests, please do not use your deck for drying washing, particularly personal items. Please utilise the dryer in your unit, or indoor clothesline. Washing must be kept away from windows while drying. -Pets- there are to be no pets on the resort, no exceptions -No smoking indoors. -Please no parties or large numbers of visitors.
