NO PETS The space Main Floor Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, dresser, under-bed storage and closet for hanging clothes and storing bags. Dedicated thermostat for radiant floor heating. TV with Roku to access all streaming apps Main Floor Bath: Step-in shower/tub combo. Toilets are on septic system, please only flush toilet paper. Main Floor Kitchen: Galley kitchen with gas stove/oven, fridge/freezer combo, disposal sink, dishwasher and optional dryrack. Coffee maker, toaster, mixing bowls, cooking pans, knife set. Upstairs Bedroom: King Size but actually two beds pushed together if wanting to pull apart. Closet for hanging clothes and bonus closet for long term storage. Dedicated thermostat for radiant floor heating. TV with Roku to access all streaming apps. Extra queen blow-up mattress and linens stored in closet. Upstairs Bath: Powder room/sink separate from toilet and shower. Upstairs Living Room: Deep couch that becomes a fold out bed. Access to upper deck that looks over entire valley. Kids toys stored here. TV with Roku to access all streaming apps. Outside: 8 Rocking chairs, Picnic table in the trees, Gas BBQ, Horseshoe pit, trampoline, playhouse. Upstairs playroom: This is a fun place for kids to 'get away', equipped with two foam pads, bedding and pillows. Guest access Please make the place your own! The upper bedroom has one lock on an owner's closet, please leave that alone. Other things to note This is an operational ranch in the summer time with cattle and chickens on the property. In the off-season the host and rancher might need to access the garage for products and supplies. They will not need to access the cabin area.
