Comfortable space with large closets in two of the three bedrooms,two sofas and more dining table in the lounge.Well-located building,close to grocery stores,walmart,pharmacies,banks,bakeries,very close to the airport and also the beach. Guest access The guests must respect the internal regulations of the building. If there is any doubt about it, ask the doorman of the day or even in any doubt contact the concierge in person or through the intercom located in the kitchen, at number 94. Any bad behavior in the condominium generates a fine, and the payment of this fine by the guest is the sole responsibility, through the reservation left as a guarantee (security deposit) on AIRBNB. Other things to note It is the responsibility of the guest to pay for the energy consumption,controlled by registering the energy meter at check-in and check-out, in this way the guest follows their energy consumption,where for each klw consumed the amount of R$1.20 is charged. The average daily consumption of my guests to date is R$15.00(the apartment accommodating six people) After checkout, a refund is requested for the energy consumption through the security deposit or made through transfer or payment by hand, we agree at the time of checkout to the guest. For stays longer than 15 days,we can arrange consumption for a fortnight. Pets are not allowed in the AP.
