The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, coffee maker, kettle, etc. The dining room has a table for up to 25 people and a wood-burning fireplace. For your entertainment in the living room you will have Wi-Fi throughout the house, satellite TV, a stereo, and a sofa. Outside, there is a 200 square meter garden for walking, a barbecue with garden furniture, a private 30 square meter pool, umbrellas, hammocks, etc. It also has a porch and a ping pong table. There is a supermarket 3 km away, as well as a bar/restaurant and a pharmacy. The hospital/medical center is 4 km away. The nearest beach and golf course are 5 km away.
