A finca in Andratx for 10 people with a private pool, barbecue, and ping pong. "La Perla Negra" The space PERLA NEGRA Estate for 10 people in the sunny town of Andratx, with a swimming pool, BBQ, and ping pong table. The property is located just 2 km from beautiful Puerto de Andratx. The spacious 800m2 property is spread over 2 floors. It has 5 double bedrooms (1.6m and 1.8m beds) and 2 single sofa beds. It also has 3 bathtubs and 2 showers in 5 bathrooms, with a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, coffee maker, kettle, etc. The dining room has a table for up to 25 people and a wood-burning fireplace. For your entertainment in the living room you will have Wi-Fi throughout the house, satellite TV, a stereo, and a sofa. Outside, there is a 200 square meter garden for walking, a barbecue with garden furniture, a private 30 square meter pool, umbrellas, hammocks, etc. It also has a porch and a ping pong table. There is a supermarket 3 km away, as well as a bar/restaurant and a pharmacy. The hospital/medical center is 4 km away. The nearest beach and golf course are 5 km away. Other things to note The ECOTASA (Balearic tourist tax) must be paid in cash upon key handover. The owner will only accept reservations from families or couples over 30 years of age, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. In accordance with Organic Law 4/2015, it is required to identify all travelers and prepare a Traveler Registration Book. Fees No additional mandatory fees Additional Details Guest check-in time is after 5:00 PM €40 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 PM €50 surcharge for arrivals after midnight and by request.
