It is furnished with high-end and eclectic furnishings and decor, and the kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee, tea, and basic cooking essentials. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed, we also provide an inflatable mattress and a travel crib upon request. Our home is located in walking distance to the Country Club, Myers, Optimist and Cascades Parks. It is 2 miles from the Capitol Building, and 3 miles from both FSU, FAMU and the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center. New Leaf Market (organic/coop groceries), Winn Dixie (groceries), Starbucks, and Governor’s Square Mall are all within 1.5 miles. Taxi and Uber/Lyft are readily available. This is a great rental for professionals, with two dedicated wi-fi networks with high speed internet, and two large tables for workspaces.
