OUTSIDE DECK-2 tables, chairs, propane firepit & grill available for a $25 fee MUST REQUEST IN ADVANCE. A swing set, lrg yard, & snow sleding hill out back of gate. The space What sets us apart from other Airbnb listings is our pet policy, you can bring up to 4 pets as long as they are well behaved, potty trained and are not allowed on the sofas or beds. We have pet beds, water dispenser, pet bowls and kitty litter box (upon request) for your pets to use during your stay. The living room space has a sofa and two lounge chairs to sit relax and play board games, and a heater and fireplace for those cold nights. The sofa in the living room folds down and will fit one adult or two small children. The den - there are two sofas that fold down into beds where 4 adults can sleep comfortably. In addition the den has a fireplace, a 65 inch TV with, Netflix and Prime. There's a French door at the back of the den to access the backyard and deck. Upstairs is a bunk room with two twin trundle beds that open up to king size beds, and one more twin bed tucked in a corner, 5 people can sleep upstairs comfortably. There is a small half bath upstairs as well. The back room is situated with two folding tables and benches for a family style meal or family game night. There is also a washer and dryer in the back room. There is a bedroom downstairs with a queen bed for two. The second bathroom is in the hallway, it's a full bathroom with a heater. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, spices, oil, salt, pepper and more. There is a stove, convection oven and built in air fryer. Microwave and an additional convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. A small table with two benches in the kitchen as well. Guest access All areas of the cabin can be used, . with the exception of the garage. We have a 10,000 sq foot back yard completely fenced, and a swingset for the kids. A horseshoe set up in the yard, and when it snows your own sliding hill beyond our back gate. There's a deck with a fire pit, and gas grill. if you want to use them, please message me to request them. The price of the propane tanks are $25 each. Other things to note Guests can use all condiments in the refrigerator. However on occasion there will be pizzas and frozen casseroles in the freezer, these are intended for our family only. Guests can use spices, salt, pepper, pancake syrup, oil in the cupboards and pantry.. we provide complimentary coffee, creamer, teas, and hot cocoa for several nights of your stay.
