Guest access WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR SPA or JACUZZI: The guests understand that there are special risks involved in the use of Spa or Jacuzzi. Guests are aware there are potential dangers to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as any person using spa, hot tub or Jacuzzi too long or if a person has health risks, is intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or is pregnant. Children under 14 old are not allowed in the hot tub. No glass is allowed in the hot tub. Guests agree to waive any claim whatsoever against AMS Dynamic Realty Services, the Owner of property for accidents or injury arising from use of spa, hot tub or Jacuzzi. Guests agree that he/she/ they is/are responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the spa or Jacuzzi through their or their guest's misuse or negligence. Should a guest contaminate the water with sand or suntan lotion by not abiding by the rules, guests agree to an additional charge of $150.00 to cover the cost to drain, clean and refill the tub and remediate the contamination to the filtering system. In consideration of my anticipated stay, I, the guest(s) agree(s), intending to be legally bound hereby, that the property owners and their managers, heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees shall not be liable for my injury or death, or the injury or death of my invited guests. This Disclosure and Waiver of Liability is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions of this contract. If you are booking this home, you are agreeing to the terms listed in this agreement. Guests use of the hot tub/Jacuzzi is at their own risk and AMS Dynamic Realty and is agents will not be liable or responsible for improper use of the Hot tub/jacuzzi. Guest access: Guest will self check in and will be given a code for the dial pad to access the security screen. The room key must be returned to the bedroom door after check out. Guests may park on the street or in the driveway provided your car does not leak. guest may be charged for new oil stains on the driveway. There is no parking in the garage. Guest without transportation can use Lyft or Uber or we do have Turo and private vehicles available to rent. A sedan and a compact vehicle may be available. Please inquire about vehicle availability. During your stay You may see me around the home and I am available for any special needs or request during your stay by phone, text, or you can send me a msg via the Airbnb app. Other things to note Need transportation? Feel free to ask about my Turo and private rental cars available for your usage. The hall bathroom is shared. Please spray and rinse out the shower after each use. Cleaning supplies are available under the bathroom sink and jn the garage caddy. Please do not use the toilet as a trash receptacle. No wipes, facial tissues, feminine products, etc should be flushed. Trash cans are provided for such products. Guests may park on the street or in the the driveway (provided your car does not leak). We ask that guests keep the common areas clean and do not leave trash around the house or bedrooms. Please use the trash can for all trash as well as the recycle receptacles for redeemable recycles. Please empty the trash when full Please turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances after use and do not leave lights or TV's on when not in use or not occupying a room. No unregistered guests are allowed on the premises. Any additional guests must be added to the reservation for an additional fee of $15/person whether sleeping over or not. No pets allowed. Sorry. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the house. Guests may smoke outside in the if needed, but no smoking is preferred. Smoking in the house will result in a $250 fine. There are no illicit drugs of any kind allowed in the home. Use of the laundry room is allowed for guests staying 2 nights or more. Guests may use detergents and baskets provided. Domestic Violence of any kind will not be tolerated. Guests engaging in such, will be asked to leave without a refund and will be reported. This home is LGTBQ friendly. Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 11a. We are flexible and will allow accommodations outside of these hours for a fee if needed. We understand circumstances outside of one's control. Guests can leave the bedroom key in the door handle upon check out. Thank you!
