The two splendid terraces and the quiet attic full of character are our rooftop nest and you will be most welcome! A little gem nestled between the historical centre of Nizza Monferrato and the rolling Barbera hills will allow you to immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of this small town nestled in the heart of the Unesco area of Langhe, Monferrato and Roero. Just a stone's throw away you will find shops, bars and restaurants. Paths, vineyards and tastings are just a stone's throw away. The space The attic is located in a small, recently renovated building and benefits from good thermal and acoustic insulation. It is on the third floor without a lift but the stairs are low and easy to climb. The attic flat has ceilings of generous height and is full of light. It consists of a living entrance that opens onto a large living and dining area, from where you can access the fully equipped kitchen. There, you will find everything you need if you want to indulge in cooking although I suggest trying the many local restaurants where the food is gourmet! From the living area (with comfortable steps) you can access the two splendid large terraces that will invite you to spend pleasant moments of conviviality and relaxation, all in almost absolute privacy. From the terraces you can admire the roofs of the historic centre of Nizza with its ancient ‘Bell Tower’ that marks the passing of time among the magnificent hills of Monferrato! The sleeping area consists of two double rooms. One double room and the other with two single beds or joined to create another double bed. Both rooms have blackout curtains. The bathroom with a recessed shower was recently renovated. The attic is located in a small, recently renovated building and benefits from good thermal and acoustic insulation. The space is equipped with all the necessary comforts for both short and long stays. It is on the third floor, and as many of the old town building, there is no lift, but the steps are low and easy to climb and, if you need we will always be there to help you with your suitcases.
