The space Our open concept space has been carefully decorated to offer comfort and practicality, with a comfortable queen bed, a living room with sofa bed, work area, laundry with washing machine and equipped kitchen. The location could not be better: just a few minutes' walk from the famous Ipanema Beach, restaurants, bars, and the subway, making it easy to access the entire city. Other things to note Important Notice We would like to inform you that the building located next to our apartment is undergoing construction. For this reason, there may be construction noise from Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. We strive to ensure maximum comfort during your stay and thank you for your understanding. By staying in this apartment, you agree to the following rules: - Check-in from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. - Check-out by 11 a.m. - The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. - Companions and other people who have not contracted the accommodation with us cannot enter and remain in the property without our prior knowledge and release. - Smoking, pets, parties, events, loud music and other forms of gatherings and noise are prohibited. - Misuse of towels, bedding and upholstery (such as holes or stains) will be charged according to the repair cost. - Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, dyes, pens, etc. - If the apartment is eventually fined due to the guest violating the condominium rules, the fine received will be passed on to the guest for reimbursement.
