The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a double natural gas oven, ideal for preparing large meals. Outdoor amenities include a beautiful screened-in porch, a large private backyard, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and a playground for children. Bedroom Layout: Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, and a private, separate bathroom. Bedroom 2: King bed with its own private, separate bathroom. Bedroom 3: Queen bed, a dedicated desk, and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom 4: One twin bed and one full bed, a desk with an iMac, and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom 5: Two twin beds and a TV with a PlayStation 4. Recent renovations like new windows and spray foam insulation, plus radiator heating and an endless supply of hot water from the tankless water heater, ensure a warm and comfortable stay. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire house, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive stay. Self-check-in is available for your convenience via a smart lock.
