This small house located in the center, in a backyard with a garden, solar-heated pool/hot tub, and a small gourmet area, offers the warmth of a home and the comforts of a charming inn. Meticulous cleaning, quality bed and bath linens, cozy atmosphere, hot/cold air-conditioning and good Wi-Fi. Here was a large house, which was renovated and transformed into three houses, all facing the backyard that we call an oasis, with a garden and heated pool. The space This little house is located at the bottom of the plot where the entire property is located. It has a separate entrance and privacy. Because it is far from the street, it offers silence, security and tranquility to the guests who stay here. The house faces the shared backyard, where the heated pool, garden and small gourmet area are located. Here is like an inn, with three houses (this is one of them), all facing this backyard. This house has a living room and integrated kitchen, equipped with utensils and appliances, and a 32-inch Smart TV. With hot/cold air-conditioning, a cozy bedroom with quality bed and bath linens, a good density mattress and an armchair for reading and napping. It has a private laundry room, with cleaning supplies and a washing machine. With two entrances, a social entrance door and a service entrance door. Guest access In front of the property is the Copaiba Store, a concept store for Brazilian clothing and handicrafts. To the right side of the store is the independent entrance gate, which leads to the corridor where the Curarte Space is located, offering therapeutic activities (music therapy, speech therapy, psychology, osteopathy and art therapy). The second gate, at the end of this corridor, leads to the backyard, which, being at the bottom of the lot, provides silence and tranquility where the three houses are located, hence the name Quintal Oásis in the heart of the city. A place where you can gaze at the stars from the heated pool at the end of a sunny day. As in a bed and breakfast, each house has its own privacy. In the shared common areas: corridor, yard and swimming pool, guests will be able to meet other guests (if any), and maintenance and cleaning staff of the swimming pool and common areas (corridor and gardens), with guests being notified in advance when other guests or professionals will be on site.
