The space Living room: The living room is a cozy relaxation area, equipped with a comfortable sofa that turns into a double bed, perfect for hosting friends or family. A smart TV offers entertainment during quiet evenings, while an additional pouf turns into a single bed, ensuring space for everyone. Kitchen: You will find a kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals. From modern equipment to kitchen utensils, everything is designed to make your culinary experience simple and enjoyable. Bedroom: The large bedroom is a true corner of luxury, equipped with a walk-in closet and a smart TV, for a touch of extra comfort. High-quality linens and elegant furnishings create a serene atmosphere for maximum relaxation. Bathroom: The bathroom with a modern shower and a washer/dryer makes your stay even more practical. Fresh towels and quality bath products are always included. Private garage: In addition, the covered garage offers convenient parking, ideal for those traveling by car. Guest access Access will be completely autonomous through a convenient lockbox containing the keys. All instructions will be provided on the day of check-in. Other things to note Please note that, in accordance with Italian regulations, the central heating will be switched off from May 4. However, we have a pellet stove that will ensure exceptional comfort. Sleeping making: For 1 to 2 guests: 1 double bed will be prepared. 3-4 guests: 1 double bed + double sofa bed will be prepared. From 5 guests: 1 double bed + the double sofa bed + the single sofa bed will be prepared. In case of different needs, we kindly ask you to specify when booking. Additional linens may not be requested during the stay. After booking, the tourist tax will be required to pay €1.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
