The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious King bed, the upstairs bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, and the versatile loft features two twin beds (a daybed with a pull-out trundle bed). Forget parking hassles with two reserved spots, one of which is a covered carport. Should you need additional space, overnight parking is conveniently located at the nearby Ice Rink lot. Best of all, you can leave the car behind! You're just a 4-minute walk from the lifts and a scenic 7-minute stroll from the charming shops and restaurants of Main Street. Summer festivals like the Breckenridge farmer's market are even closer. Steps from your front door, less than 30 feet away, is the Columbine Pool Complex. Take a dip in the year-round heated pool or soak in one of the four hot tubs, offering the perfect end to an active day. Please note the pool and hot tubs are closed during shoulder seasons for maintenance: --Late September to mid October 2026 This is more than just a vacation rental; it is our favorite place in the world, and we are thrilled to share it with you! Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire condo along with a private ski locker. You will self-check in via keypad entry. You will have shared access to free laundry facilities in the building and access to 4 large shared hot tubs and a heated pool. Pool and hot tub closure dates: -Sep 15 - Oct 9 2025 -Mid-April to mid-May 2026 Other things to note Please note that our condo is on the top floor and there is no elevator, so you must be able to climb up 2 flights of stairs. Our condo has spacious 20ft vaulted ceilings in the living room and downstairs bedroom, but the ceiling can be low in some places in the loft and upstairs bedroom. Please watch your head, especially if you are tall! This is a non-smoking unit. No parties or loud events. Please be respectful of quiet hours and our neighbors.
