Great guest studio/NEW B&B Lucerne region

Welcome to Wolhusen, 20 minutes by car or train outside Lucerne! My new, comfortable guest studio in our house is located in a quiet, idyllic location, excellently connected to public transport. NEW FROM JANUARY 26: BREAKFAST BASKET INCLUDED in the room price! My studio is ideal for active guests who want to explore the Lucerne / Central Switzerland / Switzerland region, are passing through or are staying in the region for professional reasons. The space Our guest studio is perfect for one to a maximum of two people (not suitable for families). It consists of the following parts: - Shared entrance area with a large wardrobe for our guests - In the private guest studio, there is a bright, cozy dining area with a table and chairs for two people - spacious kitchenette for the perfect preparation of breakfast and snacks (with fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, enough dishes, 1 mobile hot plate WITHOUT classic stove and oven) - bright bedroom with a new comfortable double bed - small bathroom with toilet/shower and sink. - Flat-screen TV with TV box - Powerful Wi-Fi free of charge Guest access The guest studio is located on the first floor of our single-family home and is autonomous. Guests and we share the common entrance area. Our other private rooms are separated from the entrance area by a lockable glass door, so that privacy is guaranteed for both parties at all times. The whole house is a NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION. Pets are also NOT ALLOWED. Other things to note For guests with passenger cars, a free outdoor parking space is available directly on our doorstep. We have a private charging station for electric cars (for a separate cash payment, NO credit cards possible!), which we feed with our own solar power. Important to know for motorized guests: there is a 30 km/h speed limit throughout the neighborhood.
