We are located at km 63.5 of Rod. Castelo Branco in a gated community, Residencial Porta do Sol. Farmhouse with 5,000 m², swimming pool with waterfall, barbecue, wood-burning oven, pool table, ping pong table, card table, space to play volleyball, lots of green area, cable/satellite TV and internet. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. Guest access The main house has a living room with 3 environments, living, dining, fireplace, 1 suite with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, plus a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and another bathroom. Aggregated to the ballroom, there are two more suites with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed in each of them, totaling 17 accommodations. Other things to note There are two female shepherds on the site who are kept in a kennel. They are fed daily by the same people who will take care of cleaning the pool during the stay. Residencial Porta do Sol, like every condominium, must comply with the sound limits provided for in its internal regulations, which - for this location - is 50 decibels during the day and 45 decibels at night. Therefore, I request that you pay attention to this issue, strictly adhering to it, in order to avoid future problems with the condominium administration, which may lead to penalties of warnings and/or fines. In case of non-compliance, which may culminate in a fine, the amount of the fine will be passed on to the person responsible for the lease. The place is ideal for those who like to enjoy nature - together with the family - enjoying the greenery, the pool, games and barbecue. The party room accommodates 50 people, ideal for parties during the day!
