We offer convenient garage parking for one car and a self check-in system to facilitate your arrival. The large terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, offers a beautiful view of the mountains, ideal for relaxing. Inside, the apartment is organized with a spacious living area with a sofa bed, a large kitchen equipped with an induction hob and dishwasher, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one per floor, ensuring privacy for everyone. Pets are welcome. In addition, we will be happy to welcome you to our wine cellar, a few kilometers from the apartment, for a tasting or a guided tour. Guest access I'm Marco and together with my family, we're happy to offer you an ideal place to unplug and enjoy relaxing days, surrounded by the beauty of a unique landscape. At check-in, it is required by law to verify guests' identity in person by comparing the document with the person present. Therefore, if you arrive by 8:00 p.m., we will be happy to welcome you in person at the property. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please let us know so we can arrange a meeting the next morning by 10:00 a.m. Please let us know your arrival time, or any delays, in advance so that we don't keep you waiting to check in. Other things to note ➾ Check-in available from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. ➾ Check-out by 10 a.m. Upon request, we can arrange early check-in or late check-out. Once you have submitted your documents, you will receive a numerical code to independently access the accommodation through our mailbox. As required by Italian law, document verification takes place in person from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If your arrival exceeds this time, you can still use the box to enter, but we ask that you meet us the next morning to confirm your identity.
