Large suite with independent entrance. Queen Size Bed, Single Bed, Private Bathroom, Ceiling Fan, Wifi, Floor Varal and Meal Table. The room also has a small structure for preparing breakfast or simple snacks (minibar, microwave, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, sink and some utensils). We do not allow the use of an electric or gas stove. We provide bed and bath linens. Indoor and Covered Parking The space Surrounded by a lot of nature, our suite is integrated with the natural beauty of our Atlantic Forest, surrounded by lots of greenery, fruit trees, views of the beautiful mountains of the Serra do Mar and a diversity of birds and wild animals. The ideal place for those looking for comfort, a quiet, family atmosphere and easy access to the most beautiful beaches in the north of Ubatuba and local commerce. Guest access Access to the garden and indoor and covered parking Other things to note - Bali, a very playful border collie, is part of our small family and for this reason, it is necessary that our guests also like pets. However, we DO NOT accept pets because Bali does not always get along with other dogs and cats. - We live in the main house (me, my husband and Bali) and will be available to guests for whatever they need. - There is no room service or meals during the stay. - Bed linens are changed every 5 nights and towels are changed every 3 nights. If you wish to change bed and bath linens more frequently, please consult us about pricing and availability. - No guests are allowed - We do not allow the use of electric or gas stoves - The queen size bed can be transformed into two single beds, allowing 3 single people to stay - The north of Ubatuba is a region of dense vegetation and due to weather conditions, fluctuations and power outages and wi-fi signal may occur on days of wind and heavy rain (we do not have a generator)
