Sunday value from R$690.00 + Airbnb fee. *Check availability before booking. ✅️Private and heated whirlpool ✅️Air-conditioned house with barbecue, wood-burning stove and delicious shower. ✅️Lagoons, trails and waterfall The space Casa do Lago is a wooden cabin with double walls and is well ventilated, providing thermal and acoustic comfort. It has a double bed on the mezzanine and a double sofa bed on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with shower. The kitchen has all the basic equipment and utensils for preparing meals. Outside is a small wood-burning stove, attached to a sink with a barbecue. There is also an outdoor table, hammock and a swing on the balcony. Casa do Lago has its ecological sanitation system. Guest access Morada João de Barro is a site with 20 hectares of forest, lagoons, streams, trails, waterfall and plantations. When you stay at Casa do Lago, you will have a private area around the house, approximately 650m2. The rest of the property can be shared with our family and other guests (Casa Mãe and Casinha). Sports fishing is allowed, there is a playground and also a boat for guest use. In the property there are at least 3 streams, 3 km of trails and a waterfall approximately 15 meters high. Here many birds and other animals of the Atlantic Forest can be observed. Other things to note HOW RESERVATIONS WORK: ✅️option 1- WEEKEND PACKAGE arrival on SATURDAY from 9 a.m. SUNDAY check-out until 6:00 P.M. Double price: 690.00 + Airbnb fee REQUEST FROM HOST. Not available on some holidays and year-end. ✅️option 2- Reservations from TWO NIGHTS ( RECOMMENDED): - Check-in is from 3 p.m. -check-out on Sundays until 5 p.m.* (*courtesy, except in December and January) ✅️option 3- ONE NIGHT Reservation (Stay time is limited) ✅️ Our standard times are: Entrance from 3pm, Departure until 11am ✅️There are three units for rental on the property, and the distance between them is at least 50 meters, with visual privacy between the houses. ✅️Pets, ONLY SMALL SIZE, MUST be included in the reservation. ✅️ Guests 3 and 4 will be accommodated in a double sofa bed. ✅️ For families with smaller children, we have a protective screen + gate to give security and tranquility in relation to the ladder and guardrail of the mezzanine.
