The space For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - Bedroom with double bed, bunk bed, single extra bed, closet, ceiling fan and air conditioning; - Living room with sofa, smart TV, table with 4 chairs and ceiling fan; - Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, kettle, blender, water filter, wine glasses, pots, dishes and utensils; - Dining area with table and 4 chairs; - 1 Social bathroom; - Outdoor area with shower; - Hotel quality bed and bath linens (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - 2 covered parking spaces. (Can accommodate a pickup truck) The condominium has: - Swimming pool; - Games room; - Barbecue area. NOTE: The use of the barbecue must be scheduled in advance, with a fee of 50 reais. * Cleaning included in the price is only done at check-out. If the guest requires extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated.
