Beach Front 204 is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Al. It is just over a mile from the intersection of Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd., which is the location of the Hang Out Music Festival. Beach Front is a family oriented small condo complex which has only 36 units. Condo is walking distance to quaint local restaurants and a short drive to other entertainment destinations. Steps from the beach!! Brand new mattresses July 2021. There is covered parking for 2 vehicles underneath the unit and a beach cabana where you can enjoy a view of the beach and the beautiful sunsets. There is no private balcony in the unit and does not face the water but you can see the ocean from the front door. (We are located on the beachside- it’s only steps away!) There is an area with picnic tables and charcoal grills. There is also a bike/running/walking lane along West Beach Blvd. Guests have access to the entire condo except an owners closet that is locked. Guests have access to the cabana next to the beach along with picnic tables and community charcoal grills next to the cabana. The condo is located in a quiet less crowded part of the beach with no high rise condo's in the immediate area. There is no elevator or swimming pool. The unit is on the beach but doesn’t not have a private balcony overlooking the water. The beach is only a few steps away!!
