The space The Privilege flat is located in Moema, an upscale neighborhood in São Paulo. It's close to Av. Ibirapuera, Ibirapuera Shopping, restaurants, Starbucks, Sugar Loaf and Ibirapuera Park. It is close to Congonhas Airport, subway station, several bus lines and SP EXPO. Easy access to Av. 23 de Maio, Av. dos Bandeirantes and Av. Brasil. The region has excellent bars, shops and restaurants. It has a fitness center, a heated swimming pool, meeting rooms and the Vila Conte restaurant, which is open 24 hours a day and is part of the renowned Don Pepe Di Napoli chain. Cozy and very well located apartment. Check-in facilitated by 24-hour reception. Garage space with valet included in the daily rate. The apartment features Wi-Fi, a microwave oven, minibar, iron, basic kitchen utensils and a Nespresso coffee maker. We don't have a stove or a cooker in the apartment. The bedroom can be completely closed off from the living room, giving more privacy and flexibility in the stay. My space is good for couples, individuals, business travelers, and families (with children). The bathroom has towels, soap and a hair dryer. In the bedroom, cable TV and new, cozy bedding, as well as the blackout curtain, make the stay much more comfortable. Recently renovated sofa and chairs. In the living room, a workstation caters to those in town for business or studies. Housekeeping service is provided by the flat's management twice a week and is already included in the daily rate. Bed linen is changed once a week every 7 days. The flat has a self-service laundry, paid separately. Guest access Flat Privilege has 2 event rooms with capacity for up to 120 people in an auditorium. Our rooms measure from 50 to 120 m² and feature a foyer reserved for entertainment. A dedicated team to meet your needs. The condominium has a lobby, 24-hour restaurant, serves breakfast and meals, with room service, swimming pool with sauna and fitness center. Other things to note I stay in this flat on average once a week, so it is always clean, tidy and ready to receive people with care and attention. It has quality hotel service, offered by Accor, with housekeeping service 2x a week, a building management team if you need some extra cleaning and a maintenance team for any unforeseen events. Bed sheets and pillowcases are always made available clean, but will not be changed during the period of the same reservation, except for longer stays, where they are changed every 7 days. If desired, the guest can send the laundry to the Flat's own laundry and pay for the separate service, just request it at the reception on the intercom or use the community washing machines in the basement (at a cost). The trousseau was completely changed in early 2023. Everything is new and the sofa has also been refurbished/recovered. A clean body towel and face towel will also be provided per guest, a bathroom floor and a dish towel, always at the beginning of the stay, under the same conditions for replacing the sheets. *For periods longer than 7 nights, the guest can ask the host to replace the sheets and towels, at no additional cost, for each 7-night period. Guests will receive the entry card at the 24-hour front desk. Before your arrival, everything will already be defined, just go to the reception with your ID (RG or CPF or passport) and the room number (will be provided at the time of booking). Please, it is essential that you verify the correct flat entry and exit times: - Check-in after 3 p.m. - Check-out by 11 a.m. - All procedures are done at the reception of the flat, 24-hour service. - At check-out, return the cards to the receptionist. The Flat accommodates 2 adults or a couple with a child. 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children/baby will not be accepted. The reservation will be canceled if it is made that way. If you have a baby and wish to book the apartment, we can accept it, as long as the total number of people in the apartment does not exceed 3. We take this care to ensure that everyone is well accommodated. To do so, please contact us. - We do not have protective screens on the windows for children. - The reservation price does NOT include breakfast. Breakfast is available at the hotel for R$ 65 per person/day to be paid directly at the restaurant. - If the date is available on the calendar, you can make the reservation automatically; you don't need to confirm if it's available, as the calendar is updated daily. About the Security Deposit: "If a host requires a security deposit, the guest does not pay this deposit when making a reservation.
