The bungalow is across the street from the Old Town Center for the Arts, next door to the bike shop where you can have your bike serviced if you bring your own. Some additions have been made to the already extensive cleaning checklist to include but not limited to disinfecting items such as headboards/railings, hangers, lamp areas, hairdryers, thermostat, window locks and handles, kitchenware, all bathroom areas that house linen and soaps, etc., sofa pillows and arms, books and games etc. during each regular cleaning. In addition, I will be blocking off one day from the calendar after each guest stay for our guests safety as well as our safety during the cleaning process. This means that there will no longer be back to back guests bookings and all guests can be assured that no previous guests will have been in the bungalow for at least one day prior to the next booking. During the hot summer months and extreme heat I will need to water the front flowers and the back garden at least every other day. Maynard James Keenan has opened the 7 acre hilltop vineyard and restaurant. They now take reservations. The new development features private tastings, tours, retail space a gelateria and a Trattoria on seven acres of land in Cottonwood overlooking Old Town Cottonwood and the Verde Valley.
