Ideal for relaxing and having fun in a special place with lots of good energy. - 4 bedrooms; - 3 bathrooms, and 1 toilet in the outdoor area. - large kitchen equipped with all available utensils; - Gourmet space with: barbecue, wood stove, sink, cooktop stove and countertop overlooking the garden. - Garden with a wonderful hammock - service area with washer and dryer. The number of guests ranges from newborns to the elderly. Guest access IMPORTANT NOTE: To use the leisure area and club, pay R$ 30 per person per day. Children up to 11 years old and people over 60 years old do not pay. This payment is made directly at the entrance to the pools. The pools are open from Tuesday to Sunday. Only the persons listed in this authorization will have access to the condominium premises. 2. During busy periods, such as extended holidays and vacation seasons, only 3 (three) user vehicles will be allowed to enter each Condominium Unit. Extra vehicles must remain parked outside the restricted area of the stage and may not circulate on the internal streets. 3. No LOUD noise/sound after 10 p.m. 4. Dogs are allowed during your stay in our house. 5. Before leaving the house, remove all garbage from inside the house; bathrooms, kitchen and also from the outside area, you can put it in the trash can in front of the house, an employee will pass by to collect it. 6.
